Lately, does it seem like store advertisements, commercials, clinics, gyms and everywhere you go; people are talking about “detoxing”. Instead of using the word “weight loss”, the word detox has taken it’s place. For clarification, there are many types of “detoxification”. For our purposes, we will focus on detoxing as it relates to abstaining from or cleansing your body, home and environment from toxins.
How do you know if you need to Detox?
